The talent management program includes the development of numerous actions to reach the three basic objectives of our strategy:
Development of talent
We look to progress together with our employees, and for this objective, among others, we have joined up with ESADE to design a yearly Corporate Management and Development Program for the managers of the organization. As a complement to training, we develop executive coaching programs.
Retention of talent
We would also like to mention the mentoring plan where the director and the manager decide the competencies together in order to develop and design a training plan; as well as the performance evaluation program that includes a variable retribution system based on the fulfillment of specific objectives, both business and personal.
Attracting talent
To guarantee maximum efficiency in attracting talent, we have Selection, Training and Development, and Labor Relations Committees that are respectively in charge of coordinating the processes of selection and establishing the best methodology for each selection need; coordinating the selection of training suppliers; and integrating and homogenizing the selection processes for all the companies in the group.
