From the monitoring center of Martorelles, all the movements of the organization are supervised in real time, from the portable terminals of the salesmen at any geographic point to the elevators in the warehouses.
A 22-person service monitors the entire system 24 hours a day, seven days a week to identify in real time, any incidence in the process and give the alert when necessary. This allows us to assure the uninterrupted flow of the service, minimizing delays in the delivery of the product to the client.
