The Vallés Plant has incorporated the latest technical innovations in search of higher production flexibility and logistics to work without surplus and manufacture any format, display or combination without compromising productivity.

In the industrial area, the production lines have incorporated, among other technologies, the automatic supply at the end of the line, the continuous drinks production line and the sterilized filling of pasteurized drinks.

In the logistics area, we highlight the two automatic silos with direct supply from production to the warehouse and pre-loading of trucks, processes carried out without human intervention; and the arrangement of the truck loading according to the sequence of orders. On the other hand, there is the online management of stocks using optical scanners connected to the WI-FI network that services the entire plant.
