The presence of Coca-Cola in the world makes it necessary to guarantee high standards that assure the quality and innocuosness of the product in all the markets. With this objective, all the Coca-Cola bottling companies must establish, implement, document and maintain food safety and quality of the product in accordance with the rigorous demands of the Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE).

The KORE guides the food safety and quality of our products aligning business and quality objectives through objective indicators that evaluate performance; integrating precautionary actions as a management tool; including more rigorous demands in the planning of new products and services; incorporating Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points in our standards; and defining methodologies to solve problems and tools to manage improvements in the safety and quality of the product

This system not only guarantees the highest standards in the quality management of the product, but also in the environment, food health and safety.
